Payment to Decolar. Expedia shall pay to Decolar the Marketing Fees owed to Decolar with respect to all Consumed Travel Bookings for which Compensation has been received by Expedia and its Affiliates during a given calendar month (the “Marketing Fee Payment”) within 15 days following the end of such calendar month.
