Common use of Payment to Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Payment to Mortgagee. Landlord reserves the right to provide in any Mortgage given by it of the Property that some or all rents, issues, and profits and all other amounts of every kind payable to the Landlord under this Lease shall be paid directly to the Mortgagee for Landlord’s account and Tenant covenants and agrees that it will, after receipt by it of notice from Landlord or Mortgage designating such Mortgagee to whom payments are to be made by Tenant, pay such amounts thereafter becoming due directly to such Mortgagee until excused therefrom by notice from such Mortgagee.

Payment to Mortgagee.
