Common use of Payment to Note Trustee Clause in Contracts

Payment to Note Trustee. Each of the Agents hereby undertakes with the Note Trustee and the Current Issuer that if, whether in the liquidation of the Current Issuer or otherwise any payment is made to or amount recovered by any Agent otherwise than in accordance with the Current Issuer Deed of Charge, the amount so paid or recovered shall be paid by such Agent to the Note Trustee.
