Common use of Payment to Originators Clause in Contracts

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Borrower from any Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein), the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased acquired by Borrower Transferor from any an Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein)of, the Receivables Sale Purchase Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable such Originator in respect of the purchase transfer price for such Receivable.

With respect to any Receivable purchased by Borrower Seller from any the applicable Originator, such sale purchase shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein)of, the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Borrower Receivable, Seller's purchase thereof from any Originator, such sale the applicable Originator shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein)of, the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Each purchase by Seller of a Receivable purchased by Borrower from any Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein)of, the U.S. Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.
