Common use of Payment to Originators Clause in Contracts

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Borrower from any Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein), the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.

Payment to Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Borrower Seller from any the applicable Originator, such sale purchase shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of (including any grace periods contained therein)of, the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.
