Payment Upon Determination of Entitlement. If a determination is made pursuant to Sections 2, 3, and 4 (c) through (e) above that the Director is entitled to indemnification or advancement of Expenses, payment of any indemnification amounts or advancements owing to the Director shall be made within ten days after such determination (and, in the case of advancements of further Expenses, within ten days after submission of supporting information).
