Common use of Payment Upon Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Maturity. The Tranche One Loan, any accrued but unpaid interest thereon and, if the Tranche Two Loan has not been funded hereunder, any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be Paid in Full on the Tranche One Maturity Date. The Tranche Two Loan, and any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be Paid in Full on the Tranche Two Maturity Date.

Payment Upon Maturity. The Tranche One LoanLoans and the Tranche Two Loans, any accrued but unpaid interest thereon and, if and on the Unused Tranche Two Loan has not been funded hereunder, any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be Paid in Full on the Tranche One Maturity Date. The Tranche Two Loan, Commitment and any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be due and required to be Paid in Full on the Tranche Two Maturity Date.

Payment Upon Maturity. The Tranche One Loan and the Tranche Two Loan, any accrued but unpaid interest thereon and, if the Tranche Two Loan has not been funded hereunder, and any other Obligations then outstandingoutstanding Obligations, including without limitation, the Deferred Facility Fee, the Prepayment Premium Amount and the Make-Whole Amount, as applicable, shall be due and shall be required to be Paid in Full on the Tranche One Maturity Date. The Tranche Two Loan, and any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be Paid in Full on the Tranche Two Maturity Date.
