Common use of Payment Upon Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Maturity. The Tranche One Loans and the Tranche Two Loans, any accrued but unpaid interest thereon and on the Unused Tranche Two Commitment and any other Obligations then outstanding, shall be due and required to be Paid in Full on the Maturity Date.
