Payment Upon Resignation or Removal. Upon termination of this First Supplemental Indenture or the Indenture or the removal or resignation of the Trustee, unless otherwise stated, the Company shall pay to the Trustee all amounts accrued to the date of such termination, removal or resignation that are payable pursuant to Section 6.06 of the Indenture.
