Common use of Payment Upon Resignation or Removal Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Resignation or Removal. Upon termination of this First Supplemental Indenture or the Indenture or the removal or resignation of the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.10 of the Indenture, the Issuer shall pay to the Trustee all amounts accrued to the date of such termination, removal or resignation. Upon termination of the Declaration or the removal or resignation of the Delaware Trustee or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 5.6 of the Declaration, the Issuer shall pay to the Delaware Trustee or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, all amounts accrued to the date of such termination, removal or resignation.
