Common use of Payment Upon Resignation or Removal Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Resignation or Removal. Upon termination of this Indenture or the removal or resignation of the Debenture Trustee, unless otherwise stated, the Corporation shall pay to the Debenture Trustee all amounts accrued and owing to the Debenture Trustee to the date of such termination, removal or resignation. Upon termination of the Declaration or the removal or resignation of the Delaware Trustee or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 5.7 of the Declaration, the Corporation shall pay to the Delaware Trustee or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, all amounts accrued and owing to such trustee(s) to the date of such termination, removal or resignation.
