Common use of Payment Upon Resignation or Removal Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Resignation or Removal. Upon termination of this First Supplemental Indenture or the Base Indenture or the removal or resignation of the Trustee, the Company shall pay to the Trustee all amounts accrued to the date of such termination, removal or resignation. Upon termination of the Declaration or the removal or resignation of the Delaware Trustee or the Institutional Trustee, as the case may be, the Company shall pay to the Delaware Trustee or the Institutional Trustee, as the case may be, all amounts accrued to the date of such termination, removal or resignation.
