Payment without Deduction, Withholding or Compensation. Notwithstanding any provision of the Civil Code of Québec or any other law, the Tenant shall pay the Rent to the Landlord without any withholding, compensation, deduction, reduction or abatement of any kind whatsoever for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the Landlord’s failure to perform its obligations under the Lease.
