Payments After Termination for Cause. Upon the occurrence of any event of default, all obligations on the part of the COUNTY to make any further payments of funds pursuant to this Agreement shall, if the COUNTY so elects, terminate, but the COUNTY may make any payments or parts of payments after the happening of any event of default without thereby waiving the right to exercise any remedy which it may have and without becoming liable to make any further payment.
