Payments After Termination for Cause. If the Executive's employment is terminated under Section 5.3 for Cause, the Executive shall receive: (i) the incentive compensation to which he is entitled under this Agreement through the Date of Termination; and (ii) his Base Salary through the Date of Termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and thereafter Executive shall not be entitled to receive any further compensation or benefits whatsoever.

If the Executive's employment hereunder is terminated under Section 5.3 for Cause6.4 above, the Executive shall receive: (i) receive the incentive compensation to which he is entitled under this Agreement Base Salary accrued through the Date date of Termination; and (ii) his Base Salary through the Date of Termination termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and thereafter Executive shall not be entitled to receive any further other payments or compensation or benefits from the Company of any nature whatsoever.
