Payments and Liens Contract Price. Purchaser shall pay the Contract Price to Seller in the manner and at the times specified in this Article 4, and Seller shall accept such payment of the Contract Price by Purchaser (exclusive of taxes and other governmental charges, for which Purchaser is responsible as provided in Article 17) for the Work to be performed and all materials to be delivered hereunder, which Contract Price shall only be subject to additions and deductions by Change Orders as provided in Article 19 of this Contract.
