PAYMENTS AND LIMITED RECOURSE. 6.1 All payments to be made hereunder by Funding shall be made in sterling in immediately available cleared funds to the Current Issuer Start-Up Loan Provider's account as specified in writing to Funding for this purpose. If any sum falls due hereunder otherwise than on a London Business Day, it shall be paid on the next succeeding London Business Day.
