Common use of Payments and Notices to the Nominee Clause in Contracts

Payments and Notices to the Nominee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, so long as any Bond is registered in the name of the Nominee, all payments of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on such Bond and all notices with respect to such Bond shall be made and given, respectively, as provided in the Representation Letter or as otherwise instructed in writing by the Depository.
