Payments and Other Entitlements As a Result of Termination. Executive’s sole entitlements as a result of a termination under Section 4.1 above shall be as set forth below in this Section 4.2; provided, that, in no event shall Executive be entitled to any payments in the nature of severance or termination payments except as specifically provided herein.
