PAYMENTS AND SERVICES Clause Samples
The 'Payments and Services' clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the payment for services rendered under the agreement. It typically outlines how and when payments must be made, the types of services covered, and any invoicing or documentation requirements. For example, it may specify payment schedules, acceptable methods of payment, and consequences for late payments. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial expectations and service deliverables, reducing the risk of disputes over compensation or service scope.
