Common use of Payments Are in Lieu of Severance Payments Clause in Contracts

Payments Are in Lieu of Severance Payments. If Executive becomes entitled to receive payments under this Agreement as a result of termination of Executive’s employment, those payments will be in lieu of any and all other claims or rights that Executive may have against DDR for severance, separation, and/or salary continuation pay upon that termination of Executive’s employment.
