Common use of Payments Are in Lieu of Severance Payments Clause in Contracts

Payments Are in Lieu of Severance Payments. If Mxxxx becomes entitled to receive payments under this Agreement as a result of termination of his employment, those payments shall be in lieu of any and all other claims or rights that Mxxxx may have against Key for severance, separation, and/or salary continuation pay upon that termination of his employment.
