Common use of Payments by an Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments by an Agent. 26.2.1 Save as otherwise provided herein, each payment received by an Agent as agent for or otherwise for the benefit of another Person shall, subject to Clause 26.3 (Distributions to an Obligor) and Clause 26.4 (Clawback), be made available by that Agent to the Person entitled to receive such payment for value the same day by transfer to such account of such Person with such bank in the principal financial centre of the country of the relevant currency as such Person shall have previously notified to that Agent.
