Payments by EPIC. (a) All Milestone Payments will be made by check and mailed to ELITE within ten (10) days after the payment becomes due. (b) The License Fee shall be paid to ELITE in monthly payments based upon the previous month’s Products that EPIC shipped to its customers. All License Fee payments shall be made by check and mailed to ELITE within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month. A copy of the Report for the prior month will accompany the check. (c) A late fee of 1% per month will be accrued for all payments which EPIC fails to pay when due.
