Common use of Payments by Local Agency Treasurer Clause in Contracts

Payments by Local Agency Treasurer. The treasurer of the Local Agency shall establish and/or maintain a special fund in the “bonds payable” category of accounts of the Local Agency for the purposes of paying the Local Agency’s Agency Installment Payments and Additional Costs. The treasurer of the Local Agency shall remit each Agency Installment Payment to the State on each Agency Installment Payment Date and any Additional Costs when due hereunder from any legally available funds of the Local Agency.
