Payments by MCWA. 3.2.1. In consideration of AWBA’s obligations under Subarticle 3.1. and pursuant to A.R.S. § 45-2457(B)(2)(a)(ii), MCWA shall pay the Replacement Costs of the LTS Credits transferred to MCWA’s LTS Credit Account under this Agreement. MCWA shall prepay a portion of the Replacement Costs to AWBA (the “Prepayment”) as set forth in Subarticle 3.2.3.1. The Prepayment does not reflect the total amount of the Replacement Costs.

  • Payments by Wire-Transfer All payments under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement shall be made by wire-transfer in accordance with the wire-transfer instructions on Exhibit 4.
