Common use of Payments by Members Clause in Contracts

Payments by Members. Any amount payable by any Member to the Company shall be paid to the bank account of the Company designated by the Managing Member prior to the Initial Closing Date or such other bank account of the Company as the Managing Member may designate by written notice to such Member not less than five (5) Business Days prior to the earliest date on which such Member is required or entitled to make such payment to the Company.
