Common use of Payments by the Banks Clause in Contracts

Payments by the Banks. All sums to be advanced by the Banks to the Borrowers under this Agreement shall be remitted in Dollars or the relevant Optional Currency in immediately available cleared funds on the relevant Drawdown Date to the account of the Agent at such bank as the Agent may have notified to the Banks and shall be paid by the Agent on such date in like funds as are received by the Agent to the account of the relevant Borrower specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.

Payments by the Banks. All sums to be advanced by the Banks to the Borrowers Borrower under this Agreement shall be remitted in Dollars or the relevant Optional Currency in immediately available cleared funds on the relevant Drawdown Date to the account of the Bank Agent at such bank account as the Bank Agent may have notified from time to time notify the Banks and the Borrower directs the Bank Agent that all such sums shall be paid by the Bank Agent on such date in like funds as are received by the Bank Agent to the account of Funding Account which the relevant Borrower specified in acknowledges and agrees shall constitute the relevant Drawdown Noticeborrowing thereof by the Borrower.

Payments by the Banks. All sums amounts to be advanced by the Banks to the Borrowers or any of them under this Agreement shall be remitted in Dollars or on the relevant Optional Currency date specified in immediately available cleared funds on the relevant Drawdown Date Notice to the such account of the Facility Agent at such bank as the Facility Agent may have notified from time to time notify the Banks and shall be paid by the Facility Agent on such the same date in like funds as are received by the Facility Agent to the account of the relevant Borrower specified in the relevant that Drawdown Notice.

Payments by the Banks. All sums to be advanced by the Banks to the Borrowers under this Agreement shall be remitted in Dollars euros or the relevant Optional Currency in immediately available cleared funds on the relevant Drawdown Date to the account of the Agent at such bank as the Agent may have notified to the Banks and shall be paid by the Agent on such date in like funds as are received by the Agent to the account of the relevant Borrower specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.
