Common use of Payments by the Borrower to the Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments by the Borrower to the Agent. All payments to be made by the Borrower in connection with this Agreement shall be made to the Agent, at the Branch (or at any other office or account in Toronto designated by the Agent) in funds having same day value no later than 2:00 p.m. on the day any such payment is due.
