Common use of Payments by the Class Agents Clause in Contracts

Payments by the Class Agents. Unless specifically allocated to a Class Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by each Class Agent on behalf of any of the related Class Investors shall be paid by such Class Agent to such Class Investors (at their respective accounts specified to such Class Agent) in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the applicable Net Investment on the Business Day received by each Class Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case each Class Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to any of the Bank Investors, as applicable, on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Bank Investors in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the applicable Net Investment not later than the following Business Day.
