Payments Computed by Reference to Net Cash Flow and Net Sales Proceeds. Upon the actual receipt of any Net Cash Flow, Net Sales Proceeds or interest thereon, BNPPLC will pay each Participant an amount equal to such Participant’s Percentage times such Net Cash Flow, Net Sales Proceeds or interest, as the case may be.
