Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made and credited. No payment required under the Mortgage Loan is 30 days or more delinquent nor has any payment under the Mortgage Loan been 30 days or more delinquent at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note, other than payments not yet 30 days delinquent, have been made and credited. No payment required under the Mortgage Loan is 30 days or more delinquent nor has any payment under the Mortgage Loan been 30 days or more delinquent at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan. The first Monthly Payment shall be made with respect to the Mortgage Loan on its related Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the Cut-off Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made by the borrower and credited. No more than two percent (2%) of the Mortgage Loans have been 30 days delinquent more than one time within twelve months prior to the Closing Date;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the Purchase Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made and credited. No payment required under the Mortgage Loan is delinquent nor has any payment under the Mortgage Loan been delinquent at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan. The first Monthly Payment shall be made, or shall have been made, with respect to the Mortgage Loan on its Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Payments Current. No payment required under any Mortgage Loan will be 30 days or more delinquent on the Closing Date. No Mortgage Loan will have been 30 days delinquent more than one time within the twelve (12) months prior to the Closing Date;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made and credited. No payment required under the Mortgage Loan has been 30 or more days delinquent at any time in the 12 months preceding the related Closing Date. The first Monthly Payment shall be made with respect to the Mortgage Loan on its Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note;
Payments Current. Unless otherwise indicated on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, no Scheduled Payment is 30 days or more Delinquent as of the Cut-off Date nor has any Payment been 30 days or more Delinquent at any time from and after the Servicing Transfer Date through the Cut-off Date;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to and including the Funding Date for such Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made, such that such Mortgage Loan is not delinquent 30 days or more on the Funding Date, and has not been so delinquent in the twelve months prior to the Funding Date;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note, other than payments for which the related due date was not thirty (30) or more days prior to the related Closing Date, have been made and credited. No Mortgage Loan has been delinquent for thirty (30) or more days at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan. The first Monthly Payment shall be made with respect to the Mortgage Loan on its Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note;
Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to and including the Funding Date for such Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made, such that such Mortgage Loan is not delinquent 30 days or more on the Funding Date. Unless otherwise disclosed in the Offering Materials or the Mortgage Loan Schedule, there has been no delinquency, exclusive of any period of grace, in any payment by the Mortgagor thereunder during the twelve months preceding the Funding Date; and, if the Mortgage Loan is a Cooperative Loan, no foreclosure action or private or public sale under the Uniform Commercial Code has ever been threatened or commenced with respect to the Cooperative Loan;
