Common use of Payments Current Clause in Contracts

Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note, other than payments for which the related due date was not thirty (30) or more days prior to the related Closing Date, have been made and credited. No Mortgage Loan has been delinquent for thirty (30) or more days at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan. The first Monthly Payment shall be made with respect to the Mortgage Loan on its Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note;

Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note, other than payments for which the related due date was not thirty (30) or more days prior to the related Closing Date, have been made and credited. The first Monthly Payment shall be made with respect to the Meritage Mortgage Loan on its Due Date or within the grace period, all in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note;
