Payments Due on Days That Are Not Business Days. If the date for any payment called for under any of the Bond Documents or the Bond is not a Business Day, then such payment will be made on the next Business Day and no interest on such payment will accrue for the period after such date.

Payments Due on Days That Are Not Business Days. In any case where the date fixed for payment of principal or interest on the 2021 Sewer Notes or the date fixed for repayment of 2021 Sewer Notes shall not be a Business Day, then payment of such principal or interest or repayment price shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, with the same force and effect as if made on such non-Business Day and no interest shall accrue on such amounts from and after such non- Business Day.

  • HOLIDAYS THAT FALL ON A SATURDAY For those employees assigned to a work week of Monday through Friday, and in the event a legal holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday; provided, however, that except where the Governor declares that such preceding Friday shall be a legal holiday, each department head shall make provision for the staffing of public offices under his/her jurisdiction on such preceding Friday so that said public offices may serve the public as provided in Section 16.4 of the Administrative Code.   • Payments Due ‌ (1) The franchise fee shall be due on a monthly basis at the end of each month and shall be paid by the Concessioner in such a manner that the Director shall receive payment within fifteen (15) days after the last day of each month that the Concessioner operates.
