Common use of Payments Due on Non-Business Days Clause in Contracts

Payments Due on Non-Business Days. Anything in this Agreement or the Notes to the contrary notwithstanding, any payment of principal of or interest on, or Yield-Maintenance Amount payable with respect to, any Note that is due on a date other than a Business Day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day. Anything in this Agreement (including any Supplement) or the Notes to the contrary notwithstanding, any payment of principal of or Make-Whole Amount or interest on, or Yield-Maintenance Amount payable with respect to, on any Note that is due on a date other than a Business Day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day. If Day without including the date for any payment is extended to the next succeeding Business Day by reason of the preceding sentence, the period of such extension shall be included additional days elapsed in the computation of the interest payable on such next succeeding Business Day.

Payments Due on Non-Business Days. If the date for any payment is extended to the next succeeding Business Day by reason of the preceding sentence, the period of such extension shall not be included in the computation of the interest payable on such Business Day.
