Common use of Payments Due on Other Than Business Days Clause in Contracts

Payments Due on Other Than Business Days. If the date for making any payment or the last date for performance of any act or the exercise of any right, as provided in this Agreement, shall not be on a Business Day, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if done on the date provided in this Agreement, and if done on such succeeding Business Day no interest with respect to such payment shall accrue for the period after such nominal date.
