Common use of Payments Due Under the Original Agreement Clause in Contracts

Payments Due Under the Original Agreement. Vertex acknowledges that no further milestone payments, beyond those made to Vertex prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement under the Original Agreement. Outsource costs incurred by Vertex under the Original Agreement prior to the Effective Date will be reimbursed by CFFT under the terms of the Original Agreement from available funds provided under the Original Agreement.
