Common use of Payments following Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Payments following Disclaimer. If this lease is disclaimed and we do not require the guarantor to accept a new lease of the property in accordance with these provisions the guarantor must pay to us on demand an amount equal to the difference between: 4.1 Any money received by us for use or occupation of the property; and 4.2 The rent and other payments reserved as rent by this lease plus VAT; SAMPLE for the period commencing with the disclaimer date and ending on whichever is the earlier of the date six months after the disclaimer date, the date, if any, upon which the property is re let and the end of the term.
