Common use of Payments for Consents Clause in Contracts

Payments for Consents. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates to, directly or indirectly, pay or cause to be paid any consideration, whether by way of interest, fee or otherwise, to any Lender for or as an inducement to any consent, waiver or amendment of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or the other Financing Documents unless such consideration is offered to be paid or agreed to be paid to all Lenders that consent, waive or agree to amend such term or provision within the time period set forth in the solicitation documents relating to the consent, waiver or amendment.

Payments for Consents. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or Affiliates to, directly or indirectly, pay or cause to be paid any consideration, whether by way consideration to or for the benefit of interest, fee or otherwise, to any Lender for or as an inducement to any consent, waiver or amendment of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or the other Financing Documents Notes unless such consideration is offered to be paid or agreed to be all Lenders and is paid to all Lenders that consent, waive or agree to amend such term or provision within in the time period frame set forth in the solicitation documents relating to the such consent, waiver or amendmentagreement.
