Payments for Increased or Decreased Quantities. Whenever the quantity of any item of Work as given in the Specifications shall be increased or decreased, payment for such item of Work shall be at the Contract price for the actual quantities of Work done, except as otherwise provided under “Scope of the Work,” Section 103, and in the detailed Specifications for each item of Work.
