Payments for parking. Rentals payable upon continuation of a tenancy of a month-to-month or statutory basis. No Leasing Commissions shall be deemed earned or payable on the cancelable portion of the lease term; a commission shall be payable only on the uncancellable portion of the lease term, which shorter term shall apply for the purposes of calculating the commission above. In the event the lease is not canceled, then an additional Leasing Commission shall be due for the remaining lease term calculated as if such remaining lease term were the initial (uncancellable) lease term.
