Payments for Procedure Kits. Novadaq shall invoice LifeCell, for Procedure Kit purchases at the price set forth in Exhibit A, and at the address set forth in Section 22.3. Undisputed payments for the purchases of Procedure Kits (including, for clarity, all undisputed portions of any invoice) will be due within forty-five (45) days after the date of Novadaq’s invoice.
