Payments for Repurchases. or Redemptions of Interests in the Trust From such funds as may be available for the purpose, but subject to any applicable resolutions of the Board and the current procedures of the Trust, the Custodian shall, upon receipt of written instructions from the Trust or from the Trust's Transfer Agent, make funds and/or portfolio securities available for payment to Holders of Interest in the Trust who have caused the amount of their interests to be reduced, or for their interest to be redeemed.
