Payments for Which Application Is Provided in Other Documents. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any payment received by the Indenture Trustee for which provision as to the application thereof is made in the Lease or the Participation Agreement shall be distributed to the Person for whose benefit such payments were made in accordance with, and subject to the terms, thereof and hereof. The Indenture Trustee shall be obligated to distribute any Excluded Payments received by the Indenture Trustee promptly upon receipt thereof by the Indenture Trustee to the Person entitled thereto.
