Payments from Royalty Owner to Grantor. The Royalty Owner shall pay any amounts payable by the Royalty Owner to the Grantor pursuant to this Agreement as soon as reasonably practicable after the receipt of an invoice by the Royalty Owner from the Grantor for such amounts.
