PAYMENTS FROM THE COOPERATIVE. If any remittances on Wholesale Accounts which have been purchased by Statesman are made directly to the Cooperative, the Cooperative shall immediately deliver them to Statesman in Richmond, Virginia, in precisely the form received, and until they are so delivered they shall be held in trust by the Cooperative for the benefit of Statesman.
