Common use of Payments from Trust Estate Only Clause in Contracts

Payments from Trust Estate Only. All payments to be made by the Note Issuance Trust under this Agreement will be made only from the income and the capital proceeds derived from the Trust Estate and only to the extent that the Note Issuance Trust will have received income or capital proceeds from the Trust Estate. The Beneficiary agrees that it will look solely to the income and capital proceeds derived from the Trust Estate (to the extent available for payment as herein provided) and that, except as specifically provided herein, the Owner Trustee will not be subject to any liability in its individual capacity under this Agreement to the Beneficiary or to any other Person.
