Common use of Payments in Alternate Currency Clause in Contracts

Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Alternate Currency Letter of Credit shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan or Letter of Credit. All such payments shall be remitted by Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 10.4 hereof, (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Borrower) for the account of the Lenders (or the Fronting Lender or the Swing Line Lender, as appropriate) not later than 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.

Payments in Alternate Currency. With (i) Subject to Section 11.17, with respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or any Alternate Currency Letter of CreditQuoted Rate Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Alternate Currency Letter of Credit Quoted Rate Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan or Letter of CreditLoan. All such payments shall be remitted by the appropriate Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 10.4 hereof, 11.4 hereof (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Administrative Borrower) ), for the account of the Lenders (or the Fronting Lender or the applicable Swing Line Lender, as appropriate) not later than 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any such payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
