Common use of Payments in Ordinary Course Clause in Contracts

Payments in Ordinary Course. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement limiting the rights of the holders of the Trustee Obligations in the Collateral, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit BIPCO and XxxXx from making payments in respect of the Trustee Obligations in the ordinary course of business, whether or not the cash with which such payments are made constitutes proceeds of Collateral.
