Common use of Payments in Respect of the Revenue Interests Clause in Contracts

Payments in Respect of the Revenue Interests. (i) In consideration of the Purchaser Payments made by the Purchasers, the Purchasers shall be entitled to receive, and the Company shall pay to the Purchasers, on each applicable Payment Date, the Revenue Interest Payments during the Revenue Interest Period and, upon the exercise (or deemed exercise) by the respective party of the Call Option or the Put Option, as the case may be, the Put/Call Price in respect thereof.
