Payments in the Event of Separation From Service Prior to the Early Retirement Age. In the event the Director Separates From Service before the Early Retirement Age, then this Agreement shall terminate upon the date of such Separation From Service; provided, however, that the Director shall be entitled to the following benefits as may be applicable depending upon the circumstances surrounding the Separation:
