Common use of Payments must be in full Clause in Contracts

Payments must be in full. All payments due from you to us must be made in full in accordance with the Agreement without any set-off, deduc- tion or counterclaim. If we owe you money as a result of the Retailer refunding us for all or part of the Total Amount of Credit we paid on your behalf, we will refund this in accor- dance with clause 23. If VAT or other taxes are imposed by law on any amount payable by you, you must, at our request, reimburse us for any additional expense we incur or shortfall we suffer.
